We grow our grains and stone grind them here on our farm to give you the freshest flour possible! Offering corn, wheat, rye and barley!

We grow our own barley and malt it in our on the farm malt house to ensure quality throughout the entire process. Malt straight from the farm!

Hops

Our hop yard is located just a stone's throw from our malt house, growing a small number of Cascade hops. We can offer them wet, whole cone, or pelletized.
