This recipe will make a dense, thin pizza crust packed with wheat flavor
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. This type of yeast does not need dissolved in water and requires no proofing. Add the warm water and oil and mix until well blended. Add gradually enough flour to make a dough ball. The dough will be sticky but should not stick to your hands. Knead the dough for a few minutes. This dough will roll out easier with a rolling pin on a flour surface. Transfer to a greased pizza pan, add toppings and bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
