Farm Fresh

Baked Goods

Born out of a love for using ingredients we grow ourselves; Rustic Sweets bakes delicious confections using our farm grown soft, red winter wheat. This low protein flour is stone ground on our flour mill and gently sifted to pastry flour consistency for the perfect balance of wholesome yet delicious baked goods.

FAQ

  • What ingredients do you use?

Our cookies are made with our very own Rustic Provisions Pastry Flour, Sugar, Butter, Eggs, Baking Powder, Vanilla Extract, and other pure Extracts such as Maple or Almond.

Our royal icing on our sugar cookies contain Confectioners' Sugar, Water, Meringue Powder, Gel Food Coloring and Extracts.

We use golden sugar which is less-processed, aluminum-free baking powder, organic eggs, pure extracts, and RO water. We use Ann Clark Food Coloring Gel that is labeled 100% Allergen-free, non-GMO verified, Vegan, Gluten-Free and Kosher.

Items purchased will include an ingredient list.

  • How do you accommodate allergens?

Our baked goods are homemade and are NOT made in an allergy-free kitchen.

While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from ingredients that may affect those with food allergies. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Our common allergen ingredients include wheat, milk, eggs and tree nuts (in the form of pure almond extract).

  • How long will the baked goods last?

We only use the freshest ingredients possible and our baked goods do not contain any preservatives.

Cookies are individually heat-sealed in cellophane. Although best consumed within a week or two, we find that as long as the seal hasn't been broken, the cookies will last longer than that.

Cookies also freeze well. Leave them in their heat sealed bag and let them come to room temperature before enjoying.

  • Do you ship?

We currently offer local pickup only and do not ship our baked goods.

  • What quantity is available for purchase?

We sell our cookies either by the half dozen (6) or a dozen (12).

  • I don't need a dozen.. how do I try just one?

Our cookies are available for individual purchase at The Coffee Hall & Creamery and the West 5th Kitchen at Old Town Marketplace in uptown Marysville.

    Selection and availability varies monthly.

  • Do you do custom orders?

Yes! We do a "sugar cookie of the month" each month but we also take custom orders. Contact us for more information.
