Rustic Sprouted Wheat Waffles

Fluffy and Nutritious Waffles made with Rustic Sprouted Wheat Flour!

Makes 14 delicious waffles for you and your family to enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rustic Sprouted Whole Wheat Flour, spooned and leveled
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 ½ cups milk, warmed
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter. Add the wet ingredients to the dry, stirring just until combined. Let the batter rest for a few minutes while you preheat a waffle iron. Ladle batter into waffle iron and cook until the waffle is golden brown.


 Makes approximately 14 waffles. If you have any leftovers, reheat them in the toaster to crisp up the outside.
