Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Bomb ass oatmeal cookies

A timeless favorite using our Rustic Provisions Pastry Flour

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups quick cooking or old fashioned oats
  • 12 oz package of semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/3 cups Rustic Provisions Pastry Flour

Instructions

Heat oven to 350 deg. Beat all ingredients except oats, flour and chocolate chips in a large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed, or mix with a spoon. Stir in oats, flour and chocolate chips.

Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until light brown.  Immediately remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.  Enjoy warm!
